Nemesis Protocol

Nemesis Protocol cannot be disabled or destroyed. If you would lose HP from drawing from an empty deck, you may pay 3 HP instead. If you do, remove Nemesis Protocol from the game and shuffle your discard pile into your deck. Nemesis Protocol can only be played once per game.
